What a Wonderful Man!

Today is mine and Jeff's 12 year anniversary, and Jeff bought me a license plate frame that I have been asking for. We also went to the Jeff Dunham show. Well today I came to work and found this.

and this......He sent me Chocolate covered strawberries, and this cute gorilla that sings "Can't get enough of your love babe" How thoughtful of him. This is better than flowers. Thank you honey, I love you so much. Thank you for 12 wonderful years and many more to come.

Je FUH FUH Dun HAM

Jeff and I went to the Jeff Dunham Concert last night. Once again the pictures are bad because once again I forgot my camera. Even though the pictures don't show it, we had really good seats. We were on the 8th row. He is hilarious! Peanut is my favorite character, and last night he had me rolling.

Walter was also funny, he is a grumpy old man, and was saying how cold it was in Utah, and was wondering why they couldn't travel to Salt Lake in June.

I don't usually care for Achmed the Terrorist, but last night he was super funny, and now he is one of my new favorites on Jeff Dunham's show

This is guitar guy, on the show he doesn't talk, he just plays the guitar, but he came on as the warm up act, and he was pretty funny. He had the audience laughing pretty hard. And last but not least we have Bubba, he is the trailor park dude that drinks alot of beer. For some odd reason he was a crowd favorite, and the audience was saying all the lines to his routine before he could say them. He isn't really my favorite, but then again I wasn't drunk!

Its a first for Shelly!!!!

Ok, I have no pictures because my husband didn't take any.... I have lived in Utah my whole life, and I have never been skiing. I don't like snow, I don't enjoy sledding, so I just figured skiing wouldn't be my thing. Well, my kids and my husband enjoy skiing, So I thought I would be a good wife and suck it up and go skiing for my hubby. So saturday we dropped the kids at my sisters house, and we headed to Alta for a day of beginner skiing. Ok, so I was to scared to go on the chair lift (I have a fear of heights) so we ended up on the little bunny hill that had a tow rope. Jeff was a good sport about it, I could tell he was getting frustrated with me, and was on the verge of anger, but he stuck it out with me, and didn't give up on me. Thanks Babe, I love you. Anways, aside from the pain I am now in from all that exercise, and the ski boots being horribly uncomfortable, I did have some fun, and I think my husband is going to give me a second chance..... Who knows, maybe I can be brave enough to go on the lift. My kids think I am a wimp for not going on it. But the point is I did it, I tried something new, and it wasn't so terrible..... :)
