Ok, a couple weeks ago We had a yard sale. Lydia was kind enough to let us have it at her house due to a better location. About 4 families offered up stuff for the yard sale. Lydia let her kids do a lemon-aid stand, and they sold lemon-aid, cookies, and cupcakes. Yummy Yummy cupcakes. Lily was so cute asking everyone to buy some Yemon-aid. I wish I videoed her.

Our Family!
Brother's Wedding
My brother Bryce got married on May 30th. He Married Shannon at Wadley Farms. It was very nice, the colors were beautiful, and the ceremony was...... Well interesting. Lily was the Flower girl, and Evan (no pic) was the Ring bearer. Tavner was suppose to be, but he wouldn't do it. Evan dropped Shannon's ring, so during the ceremony I was looking through the grass trying to find the ring... Luckily I was able to find it. Isn't Lily a pretty little princess.

Smart Kid!
2 weeks before school was out I recieved a phone call from the school telling me that on the last day of school Meghan would be receiving some awards, and I was welcome to come and watch. Jeff and I showed up at the school, and suprised Meghan. Meghan and Breanna and all their awards. Good job girls!
Biz World
Meghan was invited to attend a special event the last week of school. All the Honor students in the 5th grade were invited to attend "Biz World." It was a 2 day thing where the students learned about Business. They had to create a company, design a product, market the product, and sell the product. There were 5 teams. The product they all had to market were Friendship Bracelets. Meghan had so much fun, and learned about business. After the 2 day event all the parents were invited to Watch their commercials, and buy the product with Biz bucks. This is Meghan doing her commercial.

Discovercard.com
I am blogging about my discover card shopping experience so that I have a chance to win the shopdiscover blog challenge, and achance to win a gift card.
So my sister Lacey is getting married, and she has decided that the bridesmaids are wearing pink. She thought it would be nice to let us all pick out our own dresses so that we can get something we like and would feel comfortable in. Having to wear pink makes that tough, She doesn't care what color pink we wear, as long as it isn't pastel pink, and she would prefer dark pink. Well there are alot of different pinks, and after searching the web I found getting the right dress would be a challenge. Jeff was reading about his discover card rewards and saw that if we shop through discover.com we could get more rewards at certain stores. I thought I would give this a try. I looked at almost every clothing website on the list, and having to pay for the dress out of my own pocket I wasn't willing to pay the prices that I was finding. After about and hour of online shopping through discovercard, Desperately searching for the perfect dress the right shade of pink, and in the right price range, I decided to try overstock.com. At this point I was just looking at stuff not expecting to find a dress at the site. After looking on overstock for a few minutes I came across a dress that was nice enough for a bridesmaid, yet something I can wear for other occassions as well. If Jeff hadn't told me to look on Discover.com I wouldn't have thought to shop overstock.com and I would still be looking for a dress the perfect shade of pink, in the right price range. Now I just ordered this last night, so I haven't seen the dress in person, but if the picture gives it even half its justice I think it will work out fabulously. Buying the dress through discover.com was easy, we get 5% cash back on the purchase, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. This is the dress that I purchaced. The Fuchsia color of course!!!!!

Books by Roald Dahl
Bradlee and Kaylee both had parts in the 3rd grade play. Bradlee was the main character Playing Author Roald Dahl. He wrote such books as BFG, The Witches, The Twits, Matilda, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I was so proud of Bradlee, he had so many lines, and he remembered all of them. Kaylee's Class did the skit from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, she played the part of the brats Mother. She knew her line and did it brilliantly.
